I bough this in 1999 in a vintage shop in Austin, Texas. Clearly it is 1970s style jacket. Size large and when I was about a 40 suit size it fit me well. It has been well stored, non smoking home. My shoulders are now too big to wear this. Note there are 3 buttons missing at the top. And in the condition description as seen in the photos there are a few places where the stitching has come loose a little bit. The right shoulder seam needs repair. Shown in pic. You would not believe how soft the inside unfinished leather is. This jacket is legit. No stains or smells. I have not seen one like this anywhere for sale and the label says "Distinctive Sportswear". There is a modern UK company that sells track suits and the like but it was founded (best I can tell) well after this jacket was made, so this was likely built at some shop not some mass manufacturer, but I don't pretend to be an expert on vintage leather jackets. Ido think this is actually from the 60s or 70s, not made in the 80s to look that way. The quality of the leather and build of this jacket, you just don't see anywhere outside of high end custom shops. This is a rare and unique jacket. Please message with questions and I will ship insured. I am happy to send more pics or take any measurements. I ran a costume shop in college so I know well how to measure. The leather is soft and high quality.
